Shipping Policy

we’re excited to get your A’cell Ayurvedics order to you quickly and safely. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process in simple terms.

1. Order Processing & Shipping Times
  • Most orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • If no specific timeframe is promised, we always ship within 30 days (as required by the FTC’s Shipping Rule).

2. Shipping Options & Costs

Within the U.S. :

  • Standard Shipping (USPS, UPS, FedEx): Usually arrives in 3–7 business days after shipping.

  • Expedited (2-Day): Arrives in about 2 business days.

  • Standard International: Cost calculated at checkout based on destination and package size. Typically 7–14 business days, depending on customs.

  • Express International (DHL/FedEx/UPS): Faster option, usually 5–10 business days.

Please note: Customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply to international orders. These are set by your country’s regulations and are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Packaging & Weight

Shipping costs are based on either:

  • Actual weight of your package, or

  • Dimensional weight (size of the box) — whichever is greater (this is standard carrier policy).

4. Delays & Service Interruptions

We work hard to get your products to you on time, but sometimes delays happen due to:

  • Severe weather or natural disasters

  • Holiday or peak season slowdowns

  • Customs clearance for international shipments

If there’s a delay, we’ll let you know right away and work with the carrier to get your package moving.

6. Our Legal Promise to You

We follow all shipping laws and guidelines, including:

  • FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435): We’ll ship within 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • U.S. Customs & Border Protection Rules: We accurately declare contents for international orders.

  • Carrier Compliance: We follow USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL requirements for packaging, labeling, and dimensional weight.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Tampered Packages

If your order is:

  • Damaged on arrival

  • Lost during shipping

  • Tampered with in transit

Please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. We’ll investigate and either resend your order or issue a refund.
